She is also the Project Coordinator for Stand Together, a program that works with adolescents to challenge stigma and discuss mental health conditions in schools. In addition, Danyelle has published a podcast for the Depression & Bipolar Support Alliance’s Young Adult Council on this topic. Most importantly, as a person with ‘lived experience,’ she knows first-hand the struggles-and successes-that accompany mental health conditions. Danyelle is living proof that people can, and do recover and do amazing things, including triathlons!
